Grace Church

H+U Construction served as the Owner’s Representative for construction of the new Grace Church Campus in Eden Prairie, MN. The new campus included a 4,500-seat worship center, 200-person choir loft, choir rehearsal for 400-persons plus orchestra, a music suite, 300-person student area, 14 early childhood rooms, 8 nursery/toddler rooms, 12 grade school rooms, 10 adult classrooms, kitchen, prayer chapel, staff offices, storage and resource areas. In addition to the interior features, the campus sits on a 62-acre site and includes 1,500 parking spaces, a 5-acre holding pond, 1,140 trees, 19,100 shrubs, perennials and vines.
