Surcharging and tree removal at Fred Richards Park in Edina, MN.
Replace mechanical equipment and plumbing in the center section of the building past its useful life, reconfigure the front entryway with secure access design features, sprinkle portions of the building currently not, as well as install new classroom projector technology in the teaching spaces.
The Buffalo Community Center is moving to a new location at 114 Commerce Circle. This new location offers more space, natural light, will have more accessible restrooms, more parking, improved security measures, and opportunities for programs that are not possible in the current location.
The City of Bloomington is improving two parks, Bryant and Tretbaugh. The new Bryant Park shelter will offer a warming house for ice skating during winter months, youth programs, facility rental and other recreational amenities like seating areas and restrooms with exterior access open during park hours.
The new Tretbaugh Park will be a bike skills park. The reimagined park will feature a paved all-wheel track and a gravel course for mountain bike skills development. There will also be a new shade structure and seating areas.

The Barack and Michelle Obama School will receive significant remodeling throughout its building and grounds. Once complete, the site will serve two separate programs: a PreK-5 Montessori magnet program and a middle school (grades 6-8).

The Ravine Regional Park Lower Landing Trailhead Building will consist of a new park building and associated site work. The total footprint is approximately 6,000/SF. Site work includes rough/finish grading, new utilities, landscaping and minimal paving work.
