The City of Bloomington is improving two parks, Bryant and Tretbaugh. The new Tretbaugh Park will be a bike skills park. The reimagined park will feature a paved all-wheel track and a gravel course for mountain bike skills development. There will also be a new shade structure and seating areas.

The Barack and Michelle Obama School will receive significant remodeling throughout its building and grounds. Once complete, the site will serve two separate programs: a PreK-5 Montessori magnet program and a middle school (grades 6-8).

The project scope consists of a new building addition to support general learning, administration services, cafeteria and kitchen services, and community gathering spaces. It will also include the renovation of existing learning spaces and restrooms, mechanical and electrical system replacements.

The Ravine Regional Park Lower Landing Trailhead Building will consist of a new park building and associated site work. The total footprint is approximately 6,000/SF. Site work includes rough/finish grading, new utilities, landscaping and minimal paving work.
