Opening in late summer 2026, The Waterfront will bring a vibrant destination park and water play plaza to the growing community of Ramsey. Located on a seven-acre pond and alongside the future Ramsey Community Building, it’s designed as a welcoming space for all and inspired by the unique characteristics of the Minnesota landscape with boulders, waterfalls and a shallow creek bed for kids to explore. The new park will offer space for outdoor activities year-round, from paddling, fishing, and picnicking to relaxing by firepits, and enjoying shaded pavilions. The new park will also connect to the existing bike route, linking this park to The Draw (another city park to the east) and City Hall to the south.

The City of Bloomington, MN, is building a new fleet maintenance garage at 1800 West 96th Street. The approximately 40,000-square-foot facility will include 17 work bays and an office area. Construction is planned to start in spring 2026, with an estimated completion in spring 2027.

The Buffalo Community Center is moving to a new location at 114 Commerce Circle. This new location offers more space, natural light, will have more accessible restrooms, more parking, improved security measures, and opportunities for programs that are not possible in the current location.

The City of Bloomington is improving two parks, Bryant and Tretbaugh. The new Bryant Park shelter will offer a warming house for ice skating during winter months, youth programs, facility rental and other recreational amenities like seating areas and restrooms with exterior access open during park hours.

The new Tretbaugh Park will be a bike skills park. The reimagined park will feature a paved all-wheel track and a gravel course for mountain bike skills development. There will also be a new shade structure and seating areas.

The Barack and Michelle Obama School will receive significant remodeling throughout its building and grounds. Once complete, the site will serve two separate programs: a PreK-5 Montessori magnet program and a middle school (grades 6-8).

The Lake Elmo Public Facilities project is an addition and renovation of an existing office building owned by the City and will house the City Hall, Fire Station and Law Enforcement offices under one roof at completion of the project.

The Newport City Hall & Public Safety Building includes a new two-story 26,650/SF precast concrete mixed-use building. Once completed, the building will house a City Hall, Fire Station, and Law Enforcement center.

The project scope consists of a new building addition to support general learning, administration services, cafeteria and kitchen services, and community gathering spaces. It will also include the renovation of existing learning spaces and restrooms, mechanical and electrical system replacements.

The Ravine Regional Park Lower Landing Trailhead Building will consist of a new park building and associated site work. The total footprint is approximately 6,000/SF. Site work includes rough/finish grading, new utilities, landscaping and minimal paving work.
