Loring Green East + Loring Green West Improvements

H+U is currently serving as the Construction Manager for a transformational project at the Loring Green East and West condominiums in downtown Minneapolis, including site work, pool improvements, site poured walls, a glass stairway enclosure, waterproofing upgrades, landscaping and recreational upgrades.
