The award-winning 410,000/SF high school includes a competition gymnasium with an elevated walking track, as well as a 3-station Fieldhouse with athletic rubber flooring, adjacent locker rooms, fitness rooms, and weight rooms. This is 1 of 5 projects H+U has completed for the District since 2005. Additional features include a media center, technology education classrooms, administration rooms, and cafeteria.

H+U identified nearly $13M in value engineering options, $7.6M of which were accepted by the District prior to construction. This effort kept the project within budget during the design phase and allowed the District to add a $2.2M Professional-Grade Baseball/Softball complex in partnership with the City.
