H+U Construction has completed the construction and renovation of several municipal liquor stores located within Lakeville and Savage. When the City of Edina decided to renovate their 50th & France liquor Store in the fall of 2014, the City’s design team recommended that they contact H+U. Minimizing the length of the construction phase was important to the City officials who rely on revenues from liquor sales to fund City programs.

Through careful planning, the early procurement of long-lead construction materials and vigilant schedule monitoring, our team was able to complete all the renovations within a one-month period. This short construction schedule allowed the city to maximize their liquor revenues over the holiday season and continue to fund their City programs as projected.
