New Perspective Senior Living, the Owner of “Lighthouse” Senior Living Communities – a group of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities located throughout the Midwest, selected H+U Construction to build their new community in West Fargo, North Dakota. After initially bidding the project, the developer contacted H+U Construction to help keep the project within budget. Working with our in-house staff, the design team, subcontractors, and vendors, H+U was able to move the project into construction on-budget without impacting the size, configuration, or general finish of the building

The Lighthouse of West Fargo includes 118 units of assisted living, memory care, and independent living. The rooms are designed to provide a sense of independence and privacy while also providing reassurance for residents and their families that a professional caregiver is available should a need arise. In addition to the individual resident units, community amenities include a fitness and therapy center with a warm water therapy pool; a restaurant-style dining room with an attached demonstration kitchen, a sidewalk café inspired bistro, and a pub; a salon, library, dance hall, and Chapel.18
