H+U served as the Construction Manager for the Washington County Parks Department on the Ravine Landing trailhead facility at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park. The new facility includes community gathering space, a small kitchen, equipment rental, restrooms, and sheltered picnic areas as well as trail realignment.

Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park resides in Cottage Grove and consists of 500+ acres of hills and forested ravines. It serves as a key park for local cross country skiers, including several area high school teams. The new trailhead improvement provides site improvements and a facility geared towards their needs.
