Rosemount High School was one of 35 building and site improvement projects that H+U Construction has completed within the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District since 2016, and one of more than 60 construction projects we’ve completed in the district within the past 20 years.

The project includes additions and renovations, but perhaps the most noteworthy of improvements was a complete site reconfiguration. H+U Construction removed, reconfigured, and reconstructed the site’s entire civil infrastructure as well as a significant portion of the site finishes, including new landscaping, parking lots and drives, building entrance plazas, and stormwater management systems.
