H+U Construction has been serving the Saint Paul Public School (SPPS) District since 2012 and has completed a variety of addition, renovation, and deferred maintenance projects including: Humboldt Middle School and High School, Como Park High School, Creative Arts Secondary School, and the award-winning Adams Spanish Immersion School as recognized by Finance & Commerce as one of the “Top Projects of 2018”. Our current and upcoming projects include the 4 largest construction projects that the district has undertaken in the past 50 years.

Our SPPS projects include significant additions and complete renovations, most of which are being completed with the buildings in full operation during the school year. This type of construction requires a degree of care that most Construction Managers are not accustomed to providing, as well as close collaboration with the design team to avoid service interruptions and classroom disruptions.
