The Valleywood Clubhouse is the first new building in the State of Minnesota to receive 3 Green Globes® awards, the equivalent to a LEED Gold certification. The building features a banquette hall, kitchen, office space, underground storage, and pro-shop. This was the fourth project our team has completed for the City of Apple Valley, with other projects including the Apple Valley Aquatic Center, Apple Valley Law Enforcement Center, and Hayes Community and Senior Center.

During the construction phase of this project, H+U continued to propose cost saving options. By doing this, we were able to offset all change order cost increases and provide over $25,000 in additional savings to the City. In the end, H+U’s construction project management and design phase input led to over $185,000 in savings.
