H+U served as the Construction Manager for Wipaire’s Manufacturing Facility Renovation to remodel portions of the company’s 60,000 sf float manufacturing, assembly, and office facility. Wipaire Inc., a third-generation family-owned company, is the world’s leading manufacturer of aircraft floats. The project better streamlines and enhances manufacturing operations to accommodate the company’s significant growth.

Wipaire’s renovated facility includes a new office within what was originally manufacturing space, exterior facade improvements, site drainage improvements, and window replacements. All work was completed while the facility remained fully operational, and without significant disruptions to the existing manufacturing or office function of the building.
