The Roseville Fire Station was named a “Top Project” by Finance & Commerce magazine based on the project’s degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.

H+U served the City of Roseville and Roseville Fire Department from the planning phase through completion. We worked through the bidding phase to keep the project on budget and managed all aspects of construction to ensure that the facility was built to the highest quality standards and at the most cost-effective price. After 2 years of planning, design, and construction, the new fire station was delivered 1 month ahead of schedule, and below budget.
