The project scope consists of, but may not be limited to: a new building addition to support general learning, administration services, cafeteria and kitchen services, and community gathering spaces. It will also include the renovation of existing learning spaces and restrooms, mechanical and electrical system replacements; including, but not limited to: automation, ventilation, heating, and lighting. Additionally, it is inclusive of a new fire suppression system, paving replacement, playground replacement, and storm water management and remediation.
