H+U Construction was proud to join community leaders, project partners, and residents today to celebrate the official ribbon cutting and grand opening of the revitalized backyard plaza at Loring Green Condominiums in downtown Minneapolis. This new outdoor space marks a major milestone in a long‑term investment in the campus and enhances urban living with beautifully landscaped gathering areas and recreational amenities.
For more than eight years, the Loring Green campus has been reimagined with a bold vision to energize community life through outdoor amenities including open green space for games, grilling stations, fire pits, a bocce and tennis court, picnic areas, shaded seating, and pathways that connect to the surrounding neighborhood. The multi‑year renovation reflects the dedication of homeowners who invested in upgrading both the buildings and outdoor environment to create a vibrant shared space.
H+U served as Construction Manager on this transformative project, working closely with Damon Farber Landscape Architects and Encompass – Civil Engineering to bring the vision to life. We extend a special thank you to the city leaders, community members, and all contributors who joined the celebration and helped make this remarkable transformation possible.
