The Wellstone Elementary project includes improvements to HVAC and plumbing systems.
The Barack and Michelle Obama School will receive significant remodeling throughout its building and grounds. Once complete, the site will serve two separate programs: a PreK-5 Montessori magnet program and a middle school (grades 6-8).
The Mississippi Gateway Project is a complete redesign and build of an entire park on the shores of the Mississippi River – formerly Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park and, across the street, the Brooklyn Park Environmental Nature Area.
The project scope consists of a new building addition to support general learning, administration services, cafeteria and kitchen services, and community gathering spaces. It will also include the renovation of existing learning spaces and restrooms, mechanical and electrical system replacements.
The Lake Elmo Public Facilities project is an addition and renovation of an existing office building owned by the City and will house the City Hall, Fire Station and Law Enforcement offices under one roof at completion of the project.
The new 30,000 square foot Air Cargo Hangar at the Thief River Falls Regional Airport will include 3,000 square feet of new Office Space and Ground Support Equipment Bay.
This project is a new 2-acre multi-purpose park and community gathering space adjacent to Ridgedale Center, and also includes improvements to the Crane Lake Preserve.
The Newport City Hall & Public Safety Building includes a new two-story 26,650/SF precast concrete mixed-use building. Once completed, the building will house a City Hall, Fire Station, and Law Enforcement center.
