H+U Construction joined community members and project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Ridgedale Commons, a new community park developed by the City of Minnetonka. Located adjacent to Ridgedale Center, the park transforms a portion of the former mall parking lot into a vibrant public space designed for gathering, recreation, and community events.
The project was shaped through extensive community input and engagement, resulting in an inclusive, sustainable, multi-use park that can host a wide variety of activities. H+U served as Construction Manager on the project, working closely with the design team from Damon Farber Landscape Architects and UrbanWorks Architecture to bring the vision to life.
The ribbon cutting ceremony took place on June 1st and marked the official opening of this exciting new destination for residents and visitors.
