H+U was the Construction Manager for the transformative park development project overlooking St. Anthony Falls and the Stone Arch Bridge.
H+U served as the Construction Manager for the Three Rivers Park District’s Mississippi Gateway Regional Park. This redevelopment project was a comprehensive transformation of the former Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park and the Brooklyn Park Environmental Nature Area.
H+U served as the Construction Manager for the City of Eagan’s Art House. This project created a new, modern 10,000 square-foot arts facility to replace the aging original building that had served the community since 1997.
H+U served as the Construction Manager for the Washington County Parks Department on the Ravine Landing trailhead facility at Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park.

H+U partnered with the Jordan Public School District to plan a successful bond referendum, leading to the completion of several additions + renovations to the existing Jordan Middle School as well as a new Community Education + Recreation Center.
H+U partnered with the City of Marshall to build the new, multi-use Red Baron Arena + Expo center, voted to be the “Best Hockey Rink in Minnesota.”
The Valleywood Clubhouse is the first new building in the State of Minnesota to receive three (3) Green Globes® awards, the equivalent to a LEED Gold certification. The building features a banquette hall, kitchen, office space, underground storage, and pro-shop. This was the fourth project our team has completed for the City of Apple Valley, with other projects including the Apple Valley Aquatic Center, Apple Valley Law Enforcement Center, and Hayes Community and Senior Center.
