The Newport City Hall & Public Safety Building includes a new two-story 26,650/SF precast concrete mixed-use building. Once completed, the building will house a City Hall, Fire Station, and Law Enforcement center.

Addition and renovation project to expand and improve the Lester Prairie Public School. The project includes enhanced building safety and security, classroom, kitchen and cafeteria additions, and an industrial technology addition as well as additional space for physical education, arts, and athletics.

The Ravine Regional Park Lower Landing Trailhead Building will consist of a new park building and associated site work. The total footprint is approximately 6,000/SF. Site work includes rough/finish grading, new utilities, landscaping and minimal paving work.
