“We are in really good hands with H+U construction and Paul, who has been doing this for 30 years, if I can use the word ‘seasoned’ and has a lot of expertise, he really looked ahead on the project and took really good care of us so we are very fortunate to be in their hands,” Radeke said.
H+U’s expansion + renovation of Saint Paul Public Schools’ American Indian Magnet School (AIMS) was recently featured in Finance & Commerce as the biggest St. Paul C-I permit, $38 million, issued in June. The project includes a four-story general learning addition, an expanded cafeteria and kitchen, new administrative and event center spaces, improved learning areas, asset preservation, and more.
Lester Prairie Public Schools officially broke ground on the addition and renovation project to expand and improve school facilities. The project includes enhanced building safety and security; classroom, kitchen and cafeteria additions; preschool spaces; an industrial technology addition; and additional space for physical education, arts and athletics. The project is full steam ahead with an anticipated completion date of Fall 2021!
