H+U’s AIMS project featured in Finance & Commerce: St. Paul C-I permit activity soars in June

H+U’s expansion + renovation of Saint Paul Public Schools’ American Indian Magnet School (AIMS) was recently featured in Finance & Commerce as the biggest St. Paul C-I permit, $38 million, issued in June. The project includes a four-story general learning addition, an expanded cafeteria and kitchen, new administrative and event center spaces, improved learning areas, asset preservation, and more.

Lester Prairie Public Schools Groundbreaking Ceremony

Lester Prairie Public Schools officially broke ground on the addition and renovation project to expand and improve school facilities. The project includes enhanced building safety and security; classroom, kitchen and cafeteria additions; preschool spaces; an industrial technology addition; and additional space for physical education, arts and athletics. The project is full steam ahead with an anticipated completion date of Fall 2021!

Crews unearth riverfront history as part of Water Works project in Minneapolis

Now, an overhaul of the riverfront will recognize the history of both the city’s milling district and its indigenous people. Crews unearth riverfront history as part of Water Works project in Mpls. Posing with golden shovels in front of the recently unearthed mill ruins, city officials Wednesday celebrated the groundbreaking of Water Works, a $20 million redevelopment just west of the Stone Arch Bridge. The long-awaited project will bring new public features to the riverfront, including a two-story pavilion, a plaza and a restaurant serving native dishes.
